O2 Optix Rebate

Ciba Vision is currently offering an O2 Optix rebate of $30 on the purchase of 8 packs of O2 Optix. In order to qualify for the mail in rebate, customers must make their O2 Optix contact lens purchase within 90 days of their eye exam.

In order to receive the mail in rebate you must fill out the special mail-in certificate which should come with your O2 Optix purchase. Not all contact lens retailers have this form available so be sure to request it prior to making your O2 Optix purchase.

Please note, the O2 Optix rebate is only available for a year’s supply of O2 Optix contact lenses (8 boxes). You must complete the rebate form as well as send in your original sales receipt plus the package UPC codes from the bottom of your O2 Optix lens pack (you only need to include 4 of these).

Currently Ciba Vision announced all contact lens rebates are valid through the end of July 2007, however they may extend this offer as they have in the past.

Always remember to compare prices at a number of contact lens retailers prior to purchasing your O2 Optix contact lenses. While not all retailers offer the O2 Optix mail-in rebate, in some cases their price may be low enough to compensate for this lack of the rebate (and you save yourself the hassle too).
